Our award-winning founder and CEO has almost two decades of experience in creating solutions with technology and data that solve customer problems. Her unique ability to join the dots between disparate datasets and leverage technology has seen her deliver incredible value and innovation across a number of industries, many times over.

Carmen is also the founder of Data Insight, a company that combines the best of advanced analytics, data visualisation and data strategy to help deliver actionable insights to Australasian businesses of all sizes and industry to help them create value and deliver customer centricity from data.

With over 25 years IT experience,  Nathan has delivered countless, complex technology and business integrations across NZ and internationally.  His passion is delivering technology solutions for 24/7 international businesses, creating new products and leading growing and transformational businesses in multiple markets. He was the founder of QTS in Shanghai, and has led technology teams in NZ, Australia, USA, Hong Kong and China. Prior to joining Valocity, Nathan was CIO of Foodstuffs, GM of IT at NZ Post and has led development for the NZ Department of Statistics and the National health supply chain. He has also served on the board of the Global Standards Organisation and GS1 on behalf of NZ FMCG businesses. Nathan’s focus is ensuring Valocity’s R&D programmes and technology capability will result in products delivering sustainable and innovative solutions to our clients.

With more than 30 years property valuation and advisory experience, Kerry is a powerhouse of industry knowledge. A registered valuer and fellow of both the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand, his speciality area is the provision of asset valuations for financial reporting purposes. Kerry is a past Chairman of the Auckland Branch of the Property Institute of NZ, and also a past member on the Property Institute Standards Board.

With over 25 year’s retail credit risk management experience, Nigel has an in-depth understanding of the Australian mortgage market. He is a highly respected authority on how to use data, tools and software solutions to effectively measure, understand and manage retail lending risk.

Nigel has worked as a strategic risk consultant for a number of years for companies such as CoreLogic and a range of lenders in the UK and Australia including CBA, Providian National Bank and Abbey National. He has also supported multiple service providers including Experian, PWC and Equifax.

A specialist in building start-ups, business innovation and expansion, Sachin has built four successful businesses – both as an entrepreneur, as well as a corporate leader. Prior to joining Valocity, Sachin was the Global Managing Director – Emerging Business for RICS, responsible for the professional body and education venture RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University. He has also worked with companies like Blackrock Solutions, DLF and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

With over 25 year’s experience in the Australian Property Valuation & Advisory Industry, Mark has been at the forefront of transforming the valuation cottage industry into a more corporatised one of today.

Mark established his own business in the 90’s then evolved this into a state, then a founding director of a national business (Propell National Valuers) where he was on the board since its inception where he acted as an executive director); up until its eventual sale to JLL in 2015 where he worked to assist in the integration and operations of multiple business lines (national residential valuations, national commercial valuations, quantity surveying, Buyers Agency, Marketing) into an international business to allow the platform to scale into other regions.

Mark is highly regarded in the Australian property market, being well regarded by Lenders, Government Departments, Non-For Profit Organisations plus the Valuation profession where he is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. He also has experience in the Asian region and understands different markets. Mark is a leader in terms of the evolution of the Valuation and Mortgage industry, pursuing new initiatives, solutions and digital platforms whilst ensuring the customer experience is always considered.

ValocityAgri continues to evolve with Valocity allowing us to influence its design through close collaboration. The economic benefit has been immediate through productivity gains. Adding data layers, providing links to other data sources (e.g. consents) and automating further processes will improve our understanding of our customers’ assets and our security as well as providing them with insights into their farm’s environmental footprint.
